Remove HTML/rce.gen3 to prevent malicious code execution

HTML/rce.gen3 marks a program that tries to compete a malicious payload, that is, to fulfill a task set by crooks. The method was first applied to successfully detect computer infection in 2007.
The program acts through browser vulnerabilities. A behavior based routine is used to identify the malware.
Removal of HTML/rce.gen3 is not limited to repair action related to a particular browser, for example, Internet Explorer. However, it might include it, and in the wild users often observe the detection as they are opening IE and reasonably conclude the detection is associated with that the software being opened.
